Today, Jihlavan delivers components for a number of domestic and international aircraft companies. Historically, it participated in producing aircraft that were developed in Czechoslovakia by companies like Aero Vodochody or Let Kunovice. A new chapter of the company and its further development has been opened by projects for Airbus, one of the two major aircraft manufacturers in the world.

Kompletní hydraulika pro jediný český dopravní letoun
Small regional

This is a Czech passenger and transport aircraft designed for regional transport. The first prototype took off in 1969. The plane is able to land on small and untended airports, and can be operated in the most extreme environments, from +50 °C to −50 °C, and is certified for IFR flights. More than 1,100 pieces have manufactured, with the major customer being the Soviet company Aeroflot; however, these planes were also delivered to Asia, Africa and South America. The first aircraft of the new generation made its maiden flight in 2015 and is able to fly longer distances and hold more load.

  • The only Czech commercially produced civil passenger aircraft
  • For the new generation L410NG, our hydraulic devices for the undercarriage, including nose power-assisted steering, were substantially modernized and electromechanical flight control trim EMA for autopilot support have been added.
  • Final EASA certification of the aircraft is planned for July/August 2017
  • For 2018, production of the first three L410NG aircraft is planned.

Jihlavan was a development partner for most power hydraulic devices in the Technometra group at the end of 1960s.
Newly developed for the L410 NG aircraft are 12 devices for the undercarriage in a modern stainless steel design, power-assisted steering of the nose undercarriage as well as flight control trim EMA for flaps and ailerons.
The entire development, including successful certification tests for the newly developed devices, was carried out at the beginning of 2017.
In 2006, final aircraft OEM Aircraft Industries (LET) resumed production of the original L410 and has achieved yearly sales of 12-15 aircraft.
Flow supply for the new generation L410NG will be realized in 2018.
